Overview and Approach
The Training and Placement Cell of Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Studies (KRIMS) aims at grooming the skills of its students in order to make them employable. To achieve this objective, we have started personal grooming for the day of their Induction Programme. They are groomed through training on life skills, professional, social and personal etiquettes, effective communication, group discussion, facing interviews. In additions to this they learn Industry visit learning programme, impression management and complete grooming through mentoring and counselling, well ahead from their actual interview at campus.
